My Favorite Teaching Strategies
Think Pair Share
The reason this strategy is my favorite is because it gives students time to reflect on their own thinking.  It also gives them a chance to share with a peer before sharing out.
Stations
The reason I really like using stations is because it gives students a variety of tasks simultaneously.  I also like stations because they can all be linked by a set of concepts and skills.
Graphic Organizers
I have found graphic organizers to be useful tools to help students organize their information.  I also like to use graphic organizers because it is a way that students can visualize their thinking.
